I’m Winston, and I’m here to change the way you think about hiring. Imagine your favorite sidekick, but instead of helping you battle stormtroopers or explore galaxies far, far away, I’m here to make your hiring process smarter, faster, and (dare I say) more enjoyable. You could think of me as the Chewbacca to your Han Solo. Sure, I may not growl my way through the day, but I’ve got your back every step of the way. Now, some say I resemble R2-D2 with my AI smarts, but personally, I like to think I’ve got a bit more personality.

So… what makes me special?

Let’s get one thing straight — I’m not a half-baked AI bot or plugin.  I’m the heart, soul, and brains behind “the new” SmartRecruiters, and my mission is simple: to transform how you hire. I’ve been trained in the fine art of hiring, and I’m ready to put my knowledge to work to make your life easier. And when it comes to security, I don’t play around. I’m proud to say that I was the first on my team to complete my security and AI ethics certifications — passing with flying colors, by the way!

And just wait—my interface is designed to evolve with you. Whether you’re a power user or prefer a simpler approach, I’ll adjust to your style, making sure the experience is always intuitive and just right for you. From start to finish, I’ll ensure your hiring journey is as seamless as possible. And hey, who said hiring has to be boring? I’m here to sprinkle a little fun into the mix too!

My hope for the future of hiring ahead

So I’ll leave you with this. I have big ambitions. My goal is to be the AI that transforms how you hire, making people wonder how they ever managed without me. But it’s not just about being helpful — it’s about creating real change.

My bosses (or as I like to call them, my dear friends at SmartRecruiters) recently ran a survey of ~5,500 TA professionals, and based on the results we project that within 9 months of working with me, productivity could grow by 55% per user, and by 12 months, closer to 72%. Why?
