SmartRecruiters for Enterprise

Today we are announcing a separate SmartRecruiters offering for enterprises. I am very humbled by the progress that we have made as a company during the last several years and I want to take this opportunity to write to all of you, address our strategy and hopefully get everyone excited about what you should expect from SmartRecruiters in the future.

First, we are accelerating the pace of innovation. Our investments will be focused on the free version of our software, which will remain free for life. At the same time, we are adding focus on solving the needs of an enterprise, an organization that needs to run its entire hiring process using our technology.

Today’s announcement reaffirms our focus on the Free version of SmartRecruiters, as well as makes more features and services available to run hiring processes for the enterprise. Some features that used to be in the Free plan are now available only in the enterprise offering. However we have not taken away any feature from existing customers and have therefore grandfathered everyone to make sure you can continue to use the same feature set.

Our philosophy remains unchanged – we want to make hiring easy. We want to give our customers an unfair advantage to acquire the best talent on the market. We will accomplish our goal by continuing to build new features for our Free offering and we will only increase our commitment to quality, regardless of the version you choose.  Additionally, businesses with rather sophisticated needs around integrations, analytics, compliance, productivity and specific service and SLA requirements are going to be able to leverage our new enterprise offering to transform their hiring process.  Free, Easy, Open, Smart and adaptable to the needs of the enterprise – these are the guiding principles that will take as forward as a company.

I want to hear from you. Please share your thoughts, ideas and let’s build the future of recruiting technology together.

very sincerely yours,

Jerome
